These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1stpkr governing your access to and use of the platform. By registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet on 1stpkr, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

1stpkr strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. Registering while underage, or allowing a minor to use your account, constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
Each natural person may hold only one 1stpkr account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or through oversight — are subject to closure. Balances in duplicate accounts may be confiscated. If you believe a duplicate has been created in your name, contact support immediately to resolve the matter.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1stpkr login credentials. All activity conducted under your account is considered authorised by you. 1stpkr will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure. All 1stpkr accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and SadaPay are credited in PKR at the time of receipt. Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your nominated payment method. No currency conversion is imposed by 1stpkr on PKR transactions.
All promotional bonuses and free bets issued by 1stpkr are subject to wagering requirements and specific eligibility criteria published at the time of the promotion. Any attempt to defraud 1stpkr — including collusion, arbitrage betting strategies explicitly prohibited under these terms, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension, reversal of affected transactions and potential legal action. 1stpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed in bad faith.

Your 1stpkr account is not active until you have confirmed your email address or mobile number via the verification link or OTP sent during registration. 1stpkr is not responsible for funds deposited to an unverified account prior to completion of the verification step.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your 1stpkr login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:
1stpkr will not be liable for any losses, including financial losses, resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted under your account login is presumed to be authorised by you unless you have notified 1stpkr of a breach and 1stpkr has confirmed receipt of that notification.

Minimum deposit amounts are published on the deposit page within your 1stpkr account and are subject to change. Deposits below the stated minimum are not processed and will be returned to your payment method within the standard processing timeframe of that method.
You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are published at the time the promotion is active. Employees, contractors and their immediate family members of 1stpkr are not eligible for any bonus offer.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period are forfeited automatically.
1stpkr monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin wagering strategies designed specifically to fulfil wagering requirements, coordinated play between multiple accounts to share bonus value, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. 1stpkr reserves the right to void bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings where abuse is identified, and to close accounts involved in systematic bonus abuse.
1stpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already commenced wagering under a valid promotion are not adversely affected mid-cycle.
The following rules govern all sports betting and virtual sports wagers placed on the 1stpkr platform:
A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number confirming acceptance by 1stpkr. Bets placed without a reference number are not valid. 1stpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit or restrict any bet at its sole discretion and without the requirement to provide a reason.
In the event of a manifest error in odds — including prices posted at clearly incorrect levels due to a technical fault, data feed error or human error — 1stpkr reserves the right to void the affected bets regardless of whether settlement has already occurred. Players will be notified of voided bets and stakes will be returned.
Cricket markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook rules section. In-play markets for cricket are subject to data latency, and 1stpkr will not be liable for bets placed based on events that have already occurred but have not yet been reflected in the live odds feed.
If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport's rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Where a rescheduled event takes place within the applicable timeframe, bets may stand — refer to the sport-specific rules for details.
Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market type. These limits are published in the betting rules section. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout for a market will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the bet amount or odds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1stpkr's total liability to you in connection with these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1stpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses arising from reliance on platform availability, data accuracy, odds accuracy or game availability. This limitation applies regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether 1stpkr was advised of their possibility.
1stpkr shall not be liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet service interruptions, mobile network outages, power failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.
1stpkr collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and account activity is used solely for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, regulatory compliance and responsible gaming obligations. 1stpkr does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
1stpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1stpkr's international gaming license is issued, and where applicable, the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be submitted to 1stpkr's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team at the email address displayed in the footer of this site.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism available under 1stpkr's gaming license authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Pakistan where such laws cannot be contracted out of.
